Wayne is an experienced IT / security professional, having spent more than 25 years as senior operations, technical and security engineer specializing in creating and implementing high-performance strategies. Wayne possesses in-depth knowledge of business processes, security procedures and policy development, infrastructure security, and applicaiton development processes. He applies his excellent problem-determination skills with familiarity with technology to determine timely resolutions to challenges associated with unexpected events. His background includes extensive business management, technical knowledge and experience with improving productivity and service through technological improvements, and managing customer expectations through development of efficient processes and teams with businesses and sectors.

He has over 25 years’ experience in management, information technology, and risk management consulting and services. His entrepreneurial approach and experience has been acquired while working for a dominant global technology company, leading an ecommerce integration firm, as a Partner in a global professional services firm and as an Independent Consultant.
