How It Works:

1. The client provides a list of the key search queries needed. Queries can be based on:
   1. One or more words
   2. One or more parts of words (with wildcards)
   3. Proximity of each word to the next
   4. Proximity of words in a sentence to other words
   5. Proximity of words in a paragraph to other words
2. The client provides the email files (in Outlook PST, Eudora, Netscape, Outlook Express, or other formats) via appropriate removable media or via our secure web portal.
3. WhiteHat security cleared personnel will then load the information into our secure servers and begin the analysis process.
4. The extracted results are available for viewing or download on our secure IQ web portal.
5. WhiteHat will provide the completed results in a format exportable to Summation software™ (or other litigation support software).
6. WhiteHat will provide a certificate of destruction of materials once all data has been received and appropriately backed up by the client.
7. WhiteHat will provide help desk support to deal with any issues related to the data results of this process.
