In June of 2006 Neotel Inc. publicly issued a
press release indicating a desire to acquire 100%
of the shares of WhiteHat Inc. On August
30, 2006 WhiteHat Inc. notified all parties concerned,
in writing, that WhiteHat was terminating all negotiations
with Neotel Inc.
WhiteHat Inc. requested a retraction of the original
press release, this has not been forthcoming. Therefore
WhiteHat hereby states that it has no involvement
with said company, and continues as an independent,
privately held entity.
